We Meet or Exceed Your Expectations

Pre-Treatment: The patient complains of loose teeth that have shifted. Spaces between teeth and she is unhappy with the color and look of her teeth. She does not like to smile.
All-On-4 Dental Implants
With the All-On-4 Implant Treatment, patients can get rid of infection and decayed teeth, receive a full set of teeth that are NOT removable, all in one appointment with minimum discomfort or down time.

Post-Treatment: The patient is thrilled with the color and look of her teeth. She loves to smile!

Pre-Treatment: Note the gummy smile. The gum tissue is covering enamel which detracts from a natural looking appearance.
Gummy Smile Corrective Surgery
Patients occasionally present to our practice complaining of a “Gummy Smile”. This is a condition where the patients shows excessive gum tissue causing their teeth to look too short. With a simple corrective surgical visit, we can provide the patient with an instant improvement in their smile.

Post-Treatment: This photo was taken just after completion of corrective surgical treatment. Note the immediate improvement in her appearance. The teeth and gums appear to be in a more correct proportion.

Pre-Treatment: This patient presents with loose lower front teeth, bleeding, and inability to bite on these teeth. He was told that he needs to have these teeth extracted. He is not prepared to lose his teeth.
Laser Periodontal Therapy (LANAP)
Today we are able to not only treat periodontal disease, but reverse it as well (Regenerate/Grow bone around teeth and Implants). To accomplish this task, most periodontists recommend Periodontal Surgery with Bone Grafting and Guided Tissue Regeneration. This requires cutting and stitching of the gum tissue with associated pain and down time.
Alternatively, we are able to achieve the same if not better results without performing any cutting or stitching. This revolutionary treatment utilizes the PerioLase MVP-7 Nd:YAG Laser to perform Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedures (LANAP) around teeth and Laser Assisted Peri-Implantitis Procedures (LAPIP) around Implants that suffer with bone loss.

Post-Treatment: 4 months after Laser Treatment. Notice evidence of bone regeneration around these lower front teeth. The patient does not see any bleeding and can eat normally.

Pre-Treatment: Note advanced bone loss between this Implant and natural tooth. The patient will almost certainly lose this implant and natural tooth without any intervention.
Laser Assisted Peri-Implantitis Procedures (LAPIP)
Periodontal Disease / Bone Loss around Dental Implants (Peri-Implantitis) is not uncommon and the result of which can and does cause the loss of Implants.
Once diagnosed Peri-Implantitis can be treated successfully with Laser Assisted Peri-Implantitis Procedure, which do not require cutting with a scalpel or stitching with a needle. Recovery is quick and usually pain free.

Post-Treatment: 14 months after completing one procedure utilizing the PerioLase MVP-7 Nd:YAG Laser to perform LAPIP, there is obvious bone regeneration between the implant and natural tooth . Now the patient can be carefully maintained with routine dental cleaning / exam appointments.

To place Dental Implants in the upper back region of the mouth often meant that patients would initially have to go through Maxillary Sinus Lift Surgery and then wait for up to 6-9 months prior to having implants placed. Now we are able to accomplish this task and place implant(s) with only one minimally invasive procedure.
Vertical Sinus Elevation / Implant Placement
To place Dental Implants in the upper back region of the mouth often meant that patients would initially have to go through Maxillary Sinus Lift Surgery and then wait for up to 6-9 months prior to having implants placed. Now we are able to accomplish this task and place implant(s) with only one minimally invasive procedure.

Post-Treatment: Note Bone Grafted safely around the top of the implant. TWO TREATMENTS in ONE PROCEDURE that greatly shortened treatment time.

Pre-Treatment: Severe Inflammation with bleeding, pus, and deep pockets
Laser Periodontal Therapy (LANAP)
Prior to treatment there is evidence of swollen, retractable gum tissue with bleeding and deep pockets. The results after only 3 weeks demonstrate no evidence of gum recession, swelling, discoloration, bleeding, or pus.

Three week follow-up: No evidence of inflammation, bleeding, or pus.

Patient with hemangioma
Laser Hemangioma Removal (LANAP)
A hemangioma is a benign (noncancerous) tumor made up of blood vessels. Using PerioLase technology, the hemangioma can be removed, offering a viable, safe and less invasive alternative to traditional surgery.

Pre-Treatment: Notice Gum Recession/Root Exposure
Gum Grafting/Root Coverage
Gum Recession is not just a cosmetic issue. Gum Recession is a form of periodontal disease which puts teeth at elevated risk for root cavities, root sensitivity, and even premature tooth loss.
Aside from rejuvenating the natural appearance of teeth, Gum Grafting will prevent root decay, root sensitivity, and stop the progression of future recession.

One Month Follow-up: The root is completely covered with healthy gum tissue.

Pre-Treatment: Notice Gum Recession/Root Exposure
Gum Grafting/Root Coverage-Gum Augmentation
The purpose of this gum graft procedure was to augment the layer of gum tissue, which in turn, provides root coverage and a thicker layer of gingival tissue. This thick layer of tissue is more resistant to future gum disease and recession.

Two Month Follow-up: The root is covered with a thick layer of healthy gum tissue.

Pre-Treatment: Notice Gum Recession/Root Exposure
Case 2 | Gum Grafting/Root Coverage-Gum Augmentation
The purpose of this gum graft procedure was to augment the layer of gum tissue, which in turn, provides root coverage and a thicker layer of gingival tissue. This thick layer of tissue is more resistant to future gum disease and recession.

Two Month Follow-up: The root is covered with a thick layer of healthy gum tissue.

Pre-Treatment: Notice Gum Recession/Root Exposure
Case 3 | Gum Grafting/Root Coverage-Gum Augmentation
The purpose of this gum graft procedure was to augment the layer of gum tissue, which in turn, provides root coverage and a thicker layer of gingival tissue. This thick layer of tissue is more resistant to future gum disease and recession.

Two Month Follow-up: The root is covered with a thick layer of healthy gum tissue.

Case 4 | Gum Grafting/Root Coverage-Gum Augmentation
The purpose of this gum graft procedure was to augment the layer of gum tissue, which in turn, provides root coverage and a thicker layer of gingival tissue. This thick layer of tissue is more resistant to future gum disease and recession.

Two Month Follow-up: The root is covered with a thick layer of healthy gum tissue.

Single front tooth Implant - Ceramic Abutment (Post) inserted on Implant Fixture.
Implant Therapy: Single Front Tooth Replacement
An Implant appears to be the ideal choice for tooth replacement in this case. The alternative, a fixed bridge, would have meant connecting a minimum of three teeth to fill the missing space. A fixed bridge would then create a more difficult cleaning environment for the patient.
By placing a single Implant, proper homecare, including flossing, is made easy between the implant and natural teeth and the adjacent teeth are spared additonal treatment.

Implant Therapy: Multiple Tooth Replacements
Dental Implants are the ideal replacement for missing teeth. They are stationary and do not move like removable dentures can. The photo on the left shows the Implant Fixtures or “Root Replacements” which anchor the teeth. The photo on the right shows the completed Crowns.
